Biography

Alovsat Muslumov is the Associate Professor of Finance at the Dogus University (Istanbul). He joined Dogus University faculty in 2001 after receiving his Ph.D. degree from the Bogazici University. He has received his MBA degree from the Istanbul Technical University (1998) and his bachelor degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration (1996). Getting associate professorship degree at the age of 26, he is the youngest associate professor ever in Turkey.

Alovsat Muslumov teaches finance and accounting in Dogus University. His research focuses on current financial issues. He is the author of books and numerous research papers published in finance and economics journals. His two books were awarded with best scientific work awards of TUGIAD (Association of Turkish Young Businessmen and Entrepreneurs) and KYD (Association of Institutional Investors Board).

Alovsat Muslumov was born in 1976 in Nakhchivan (the ornament of the world), one of the nice cities of Azerbaijan Republic.
